In these classes whether its yoga or conscious movement, you're invited to slow down, feel, and connect with your body and your breath. Embodied movement combined with breath merges with moments of stillness and sensation to awaken connection and inner awareness. This practice honors your ability to feel, to be curious, and to deeply listen to your unique inner rhythms.
Alchemy Sound Healing

During Alchemy Sound Healing sessions crystal bowls, voice, chimes, and other sound healing instruments are woven together to create a field of refined vibration where a sense of deep calm arises and healing can happen.
Through the medicine of sound you can experience states of profound release and relaxation, transformation and expansiveness, as each crystalline tone re-calibrates and aligns your body, mind, heart and soul.

Each gathering offers a safe space for women to celebrate, to honor their gifts and intuition as they engage in experiences that support owning their truth, wisdom and authenticity.
